Announcing! Saturday November 1, at 1:00pm, at St. Leo's Hall in Waterbury, we will be sponsoring a visit from live owls! The VINS Program "Owls and their Calls" will showcase three raptors, including at least 2 owls. This event will be open to all in our community. More details to follow.
