The Friends of Waterbury Reservoir is excited to announce a collaborative cleanup effort on the reservoir this June.  We are proud to partner with Darn Tough, a company known for its commitment to the community, whose volunteers will lend their time and energy to meticulously clean the reservoir's water, shorelines, and surrounding trails.  This initiative exemplifies our organization's commitment to environmental stewardship and community well-being.  Furthermore, Umiak Outdoor Outfitters has generously donated canoes to facilitate the cleanup process, enabling volunteers to navigate the lake efficiently and effectively reach all areas needing attention.  This collaboration between a non-profit organization, a dedicated company, and enthusiastic community members showcases the powerful impact that can be achieved when diverse groups work together to protect and preserve our shared natural resources.  We anticipate a successful and impactful event that will leave the reservoir cleaner and healthier for all to enjoy.
